Thanks for visiting my little corner of the 3D printed world! I design and make all my creations in London, ON using environmentally sustainable materials.

Our Story

Hello! I'm Courtney, the designer and maker at Green Fox 3D. I started 3D printing in 2020 as a way to make prototypes of devices I was designing for my engineering consulting clients. I use professional 3D CAD software to custom design every part, then print it on my Ender 3KE and Prusa i3 MK3.5+S. Along the way, I made many small trinkets and ornaments for friends and family, and in 2022 decided to share my love of creating and 3D printing through Green Fox 3D.  We now offer a full line of custom designed sewing notions and maker tools, as well as personalized and branded items.

I have a passion for sustainability and have spent my entire adult life working in clean tech, building technologies that reduce our environmental impact and help leave the world in better shape for future generations. I print primarily with PLA, a non-toxic, bio-plastic derived from renewable resources (like field corn). PLA is biodegradable (under commercial composting conditions), and we collect and recycle all our PLA scraps. Some of our filaments are even made from recycled PLA!  Even our packaging is environmentally responsible. We use a mix of recycled/reused packaging (so don't be surprised to see old bubble mailers and packing materials in your shipments!), recyclable paperboard or 100% compostable padded mailers to get our 3D printed creations to you.
All items are designed and 3D printed in London, ON, CANADA!

As of August 2023, Green Fox 3D is now part of Hard Fork Labs Inc.
