In stock items will ship in 1-2 business days. Lettermail eligible items ship FREE in Canada. All orders above $150 qualify for FREE tracked shipping (Canada and USA). [NOTE: filament orders are NOT eligible for free shipping]

Custom/Personalized items are generally shipped in 3-5 business days. In the case of personalized items (anything with text), you will receive a proof by email to approve within 3 business days. Production will begin after 48 hours if no response is received.
