Returns/Refunds
As a small business I cannot offer free refunds just because you changed your mind on a purchase. If there is an issue with your order please send us a message so we can resolve it. Be sure to read each item listing carefully so you know exactly what you are buying!

Personalized/Custom items are never returnable.  2nds items are FINAL SALE and not returnable. Standard/Stock items in NEW condition may be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns will be inspected.  Qualifying items received in NEW condition will be refunded, subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Print to Print Variation
The 3D printing process produces very high quality parts, however there will be minor variations in the surface/finish of each part. Depending on print settings, one face may be smooth or textured, and the layer lines will be visible. We inspect all parts prior to shipment and reprint any items that don't meet our exacting standards! 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
