Canada Post lettermail has been re-enabled, but there may still be delays. All items now ship with Canada Post, Sendle or Stallion Express in Canada, and Stallion Express (final delivery by USPS) to USA.
Shipping - Canada
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up in SW London, ON is available for ALL orders at no additional charge. We'll send you the address when your order is ready to pick up.
$6 LETTERMAIL (Canada - no tracking)
Lettermail is back, but there may be some delays due to rotating strikes.
$15/$25 FLAT RATE (Canada - Tracked)
We offer flat rate options to provide peace of mind with tracked shipping. This will be a Canada Post Parcel, Canada Post Flat Rate Box, FedEx or Sendle - whichever gets your 3D printed goodies to you in the most efficient way!
Flat Rate: $15/order (lettermail eligible items and some addresses in ON) or $30/order (all items, Canada wide). $15 shipping includes tracking. $25 shipping includes tracking and requires signature on delivery.
**Free tracked shipping on all retail orders over $200 (before tax, after discounts, does NOT apply to wholesale orders)**
FILAMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS.
Shipping - USA
Only paper can be sent using international lettermail, so all of our items must be shipped using parcel delivery services.
**All Green Fox 3D items are USMCA/CUSMA compliant! There will be no duties/tariffs due on items shipping to the USA, however all customs paperwork must still be submitted/approved for each order to comply with DDP rules which can add up to 2 weeks delay to shipping.
$13 USD FLAT RATE (USA - Small Packet)
Most items can be shipped via Stallion Express with final delivery by USPS. This service can take 5-14 days (plus any customs processing time). While this service does NOT include insurance, it is the most economical way to get your GF3D goodies. We are not liable for items lost or damaged using $13USD FLAT RATE .

$20 USD FLAT RATE (USA - Tracked/Insured)
For high value orders we highly recommend tracked & insured shipping so you have complete visibility as your order makes its way across the border to you! Select 'Tracked International' at check out. You will receive tracking details by email. Tracked shipments to the USA are sent Stallion Express. Final delivery is by USPS.
This service can take 5-14 days (plus any customs processing time), and includes tracking and $100 insurance! It is the most economical way to get your GF3D goodies.

Shipping - Everywhere Else
As of April 2023 we are only shipping to Canada and USA. We hope to offer global shipping online soon! If you want to place an overseas order, send us an email and we can create a custom order for you with international shipping.
