How long will it take to get my STOCK order?
Most in stock items will ship in 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
How long will it take to make my CUSTOM order?
Most custom/personalized orders will be completed in 3-5 days. For orders with custom text we may send a proof for you to approve by email. Delay in reviewing/approving the proof will delay production of your order.
What material(s) do you use?
We 3D print using both PLA and PETG. PLA is a nontoxic, bio-degradable plastic derived from renewable resources such as field corn. Some colours of PLA are compostable and/or made from recycled materials. We collect all our PLA scraps for recycling. Some colours of PLA are certified food-safe.
PETG is a stronger and more flexible option that is best suited to heavy use applications (like cable clips!). PETG is also much more temperature resistant than PLA and is recommended for any items in direct sunlight or items which may be left in a hot car in the summer!
What colours are available?
We typically stock 12 colours of PLA and black PETG. From time to time we may have additional colours available. View our current colour options here.
What fonts are available?
You can view our standard fonts here If you want a different font or style (bold, italics, etc) please send us a message so we can confirm we have the font available with an appropriate commercial use license.
What if I have an idea for a custom item not on your website?

Can I make a bulk order for a large quantity of a specific item?
