Zipper Corner Tool

A handy tool to fold the edges of your zipper tape evenly around a corner.  This tool is adjustable, offering 3/4 to 1" widths in 1/16" increments.  Assembly required.  

Width Options:

3/4" = ~19mm [no shims]

13/16" = 20.6mm [1x thin shim]

7/8" = ~ 22mm [1x thick OR 2x thin shims]

15/16" = ~24mm [1x thick AND 1x thin shims]

1" = 25.4mm [1x thick AND 2 thin shims]

SIzes:

GREEN = R10 = 10mm radius 

BLUE = R15 = 15mm radius 

RED = R20 = 20 mm radius

Each tool includes 2 side plates, 3 shim plates (1x 1/8" and 2x 1/16"), 3 threaded spacers and 6 screws. Insert a screw through the side plate (from the side with coloured markings and a recess at the screw hole). Attach the optional spacer plate. Thread the hex spacer onto the screw.  Repeat for the other 2 screws.  Repeat for the other side. 

The curved line on the tool matches the curve so you can line it up to your project (and pick the correct radius)!  

The side piece can be used on it's own to press the zipper tape into place around a corner on the inside of an unfinished piece (instead of pressing it flat with your fingers around the curve, try using this tool). 

NOTE: spacer plates are colour coded to the R marking on the side plate. 

This item ships as a KIT and requires minimal assembly once received.
